Decay on the Lake

I absolutely love restaurants with patios.  Not sure why but they always seem so inviting and relaxing.  You put that patio over a body of water and I am in heaven.

While in Marble Falls over spring break we ate dinner at River City Grille.  This concrete shell of a building sits next to the restaurant and fascinated me.  Our waitress informed us that it was once a water generator for structures that are now nothing but memories.

I would have loved to have gone out there, but I managed to muster up the restraint to abide by the posted signs.

    Nice shot, cool refraction…
    and facial reflection 🙂

I didn’t even notice that until you said something. But it is actually just the wave formation behind the sun flare. From where I was there wouldn’t have been a reflection. It’s kinda creepy looking now that you have pointed it out.
