Life in a Small Town

I love small towns.  There is always so much character to be found.  And it is found everywhere.  The buildings, the streets, the people.  Especially the people.  Unless you hit one of those little tourist towns, and sometimes even then, the locals are usually very friendly and willing to share their wealth of knowledge and first handedness of town history with anyone willing to listen.

This shot was taken on our road trip to Texas Hill Country as we took a quick stop to visit the Billy the Kid museum in Hico Texas.
